ucw cross wire welding machine

The ucw series  of T welding machine are designed for the automatic T welding of cross wires (bracewires)

into frames used for appliance shelving and air conditioning units. The machine takes a butt welded

frame from a magazine and automatically transfers it into the T weld station. 

Where upon the required number of cross wires are fed direct from coil and automatically welded into

position With the frame being indexed automatically between welds. With up to 99 cross wire weld positions

being set within the frame.  On completion of the welding cycle the welded frame is then fed out and

placed on a stack and the next frame is fed into the T weld station.

The machine can be incorporated into a cell type environment with the frames being formed and welded

on one of our ultimat umw models and then the completed frame is transferred into the magazine of

the ucw using our FUS frame unloading system.
