Special versions can be supplied for use with flat strip or profiled wire. Other options include press and chamfering stations, secondary bend heads for intricate forms and with a tilting table to accommodate large components or for forming spirals. These fast and competitively priced machines are suitable for manufacturing simple parts such as rings and frames for the point of sale and concrete reinforcing industry to the more complex high tolerance parts required by the automotive, home appliance, and shopping cart industries.

All ultimat models incorporate the latest developments in motion control and servo technology and have a separate operator control station which houses the “touch screen” PC with Windows ® control.
